Worth knowing *If you are an adult apprentice, you must meet several requirements to obtain a free membership of a-kassen (unemployment fund).

If you are more than 25 years old and receive adult apprentice pay, your membership fee increases because you receive a higher salary.

If you are an adult apprentice over the age of 30 with a subsidy to the employer in accordance with the Act on Active Employment Efforts, you must pay an early retirement pension contribution to receive a free a-kasse.
